Title: A Great First-Time Experience~
Comments: I wanted to buy Chiikawa merchandise, so I tried using a forwarding service for the first time. Whenever I had questions during the process, I received quick responses. The package arrived in good condition (two parcels were consolidated into one), with cushioning materials inside. The international shipping fee was also reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience—I’ll definitely keep using this service~

Title: Excellent Shopping Experience – Highly Recommended
Comments: It was my first time using BEX Market for a proxy purchase, and the service staff was very patient and easy to communicate with. Some of the items I ordered were out of stock, but the staff kindly helped me place another order to confirm whether they were truly sold out. Once the items were shipped, I received them very quickly. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping experience—I highly recommend it to everyone.
