BEX Market has recently introduced new optional services: "Photo Shooting," "Content Removal," and "Disposal." These features will further enhance your shopping experience, making the purchasing and shipping process smoother and more reliable. Let’s take a closer look at each service!

1 "Photo Shooting" Option

The "Photo Shooting" option allows you to check the condition of your item when it arrives at the BEX Market warehouse, ensuring you won't end up receiving damaged goods later. Whether it's the logo on the packaging, box details, or other specific requests, simply provide detailed instructions in the remarks section, and we’ll take the photos for you!

To ensure the photos meet your expectations, please provide detailed instructions for the shots you need. For example, simply stating "Please take a photo of the figure's box condition" may not capture the angles or details you have in mind. As a reference, a more specific request like "Please take one photo of the front and one of the back of the figure's box" makes it much easier for us to capture the photos you need.

Please note that if you need photos of the actual product, the packaging may need to be opened. In this case, you will need to separately apply for the "Content Removal" option (details provided below).

"Photo Shooting" Option Fees

• First photo: JPY 300
• Additional photos: JPY 50 each

2 "Content Removal" Option

When you want to purchase a Japanese magazine to get the giveaway items but don't need the magazine itself, or if you only want the product and not the bonus items, you can use the "Content Removal" option! Simply specify the items and quantities you wish to remove in the remarks section when applying, and we'll streamline the packaging and ship the product to you.

"Content Removal" Option Fees

• First item: JPY 300
• Additional items: JPY 50 each

3 "Disposal" Option

If you don't need certain giveaway items or packaging, you can choose the "Disposal" option to have us handle the unnecessary parts. This way, you can save space and shipping costs while purchasing more products!

"Disposal" Option Fees

• The fee is JPY 300 per kilogram based on the weight of the items being disposed of.
• If the items require time-consuming handling, such as packaging dismantling, the fee will be JPY 1,000 for every 15 minutes of work.
  
   

Other Important Notes

Lastly, please be aware that the optional services will be processed in the order of application, and it may take several business days to complete the process. Also, once the items are unsealed, returns will no longer be accepted, so please ensure everything is correct before making your request.
