1 Price Negotiation - Negotiating better prices for you

When shopping on Mercari and Rakuten Rakuma, do you find the item you want but feel the price is a bit high? If the item costs 30,000 yen or more, you can use BEX Market's new Price Negotiation Service! Simply submit a negotiation request to us, and we will negotiate with the seller on your behalf, helping you get the item at a better price. However, please note that popular items may be purchased by other users during the negotiation process, so it’s best to purchase high-demand items quickly to avoid missing out!

Fee:
JPY 100 per request

Conditions：

• Only available for items priced at JPY 30,000 or more.
• Items which stated as "Non-negotiable" by seller are not eligible for this service.
• Price negotiations can be made up to 10% off the listed price.
• Mercari Shops are not eligible for this service.

• Please note that even if the negotiation is unsuccessful, the fee will not be refunded.

   

   

  2 Additional Photos - Ensuring a more secure shopping experience

If you find an item you’re interested in but feel the photos displayed online are limited, and you're unsure about making a purchase right away, you can use our "Additional Photos Request" service. We will contact the seller on your behalf to ask for more photos, making it easier to avoid the issue of receiving an item that doesn’t meet your expectations after purchase.

JPY 100 per request

3 Partial Purchase - Select the items you need

If a seller is offering a complete set of dolls or capsule toys but you only want one item, you can use our Partial Purchase service. We’ll handle the negotiation with the seller to see if it’s possible to buy just the item you want.

This means that even if an item is only sold as part of a set, we can reach out to different sellers to ask if they’re willing to sell it separately, giving you more ways to get the item you love!

JPY 200 per request

4 Japan Domestic Shipping Method Change - Ensure a smooth delivery

If a seller on Mercari or Rakuten Rakuma has listed an item with standard domestic shipping in Japan, and you're worried about whether it will arrive safely at the BEX warehouse, you can use our Japan Domestic Shipping Method Change service. We will contact the seller on your behalf to request a switch to a trackable shipping method, allowing you to monitor your package and ensure a secure delivery!

JPY 100 per request
