Promotion Details

After your order arrives, simply go to the "Order List > History" page in the "My Account" of BEX Market and submit a ★1 to ★5 rating  to earn 300 BEX points! For particularly outstanding reviews, we will select up to 3 lucky winners each month to receive an extra 1,000 BEX points, totaling 1,300 BEX points!

Each order can submit one review, so every review guarantees at least 300 BEX points. Moreover, the more orders you place, the higher your membership rank, unlocking more exclusive benefits like international shipping discounts! How to Submit a Review

Whether you have already placed an order or are about to, you can easily follow these steps to submit a review!

(1) Two weeks after receiving the Shipment Email Notification for your order, you can go to the "My Account" and access the "Order List > History" page. 

(2) There, you'll be able to view your order details and fill in the ★ rating, title, and review content.
 

Afterwards, we will review your feedback and issue BEX points to you! If you include photos and provide a detailed description of your shopping experience, you may have a chance to be selected as a special outstanding review and receive an extra 1,000 BEX points! Additionally, the top reviews will be announced on our blog after the selection, so stay tuned!

Important Notes

• You can check the review page in "My Account" 2 weeks after receiving the Shipment Email Notification from BEX Market. The review page will be available for posting for 14 days.
• BEX points for reviews will be granted sequentially. There will be no separate notification upon issuance.
• Fraudulent or inappropriate reviews will not be eligible for rewards.
• Submitted reviews and membership information may be used for campaigns or BEX promotional purposes.
• The rules for points distribution may change or be terminated without prior notice.
