Your membership level is determined by your annual purchase amount. Want to level up quickly and unlock more benefits? Shop more with BEX Market and accumulate your spending!

• Bronze Member

  Bronze members with an annual purchase amount between JPY 50,000 and JPY 149,999 can enjoy a 3% discount on international shipping fees.

   

• Silver Member 

  Silver members with an annual purchase amount between JPY 150,000 and JPY 499,999 can enjoy a 5% discount on international shipping fees.

   

• Gold Member

  Gold members with an annual purchase amount between JPY 500,000 and JPY 1,999,999 can enjoy an 8% discount on international shipping fees and accumulate 1% of their shopping amount as BEX points. In addition to birthday coupons and invitations to exclusive events, more benefits such as lucky draw opportunities will also be unlocked!

How to upgrade membership level? Membership Level Upgrade Criteria

Membership levels will be automatically updated on the first day of each month. The evaluation criterion is based on the total purchasing amount for proxy shopping in the past year, ending on the last day of the previous month (excluding tax). 

Please also note that the evaluation is based on completed shipments, and the amounts subject to evaluation are those after applying coupons and point discounts, excluding shipping and service fees.

You can check your current membership level in the BEX Market "My Account". Here’s how:

First, go to the right side of the BEX Market homepage and click on "My Account":

In the "My Account", you can find your "Your Current Rank" at the left side. You can click on the membership link (the blue underlined part) to view more details.
