Membership Rank System
- 1.Timing of Membership Rank Changes
- Membership ranks are updated on the 1st of every month.
- 2.Rank Determination Criteria
- - Determination is based on the total amount of purchases (excluding tax) made over the past year as of the end of each month.
- - The amount considered is after the completion of the product shipment.
- - The amount after using coupons or points will be the basis for judgment, and shipping fees and handling charges are not included.
- 3.Rank upon New Member Registration
- All new members start as Regular Members upon registration.
- 4.Conditions for Rank Upgrades
- The rank for the following month is determined based on the total amount of purchases (excluding tax) made over the past year as of the end of each month.
- - Bronze Member: Total purchase amount of at least JPY 50,000 (excluding tax)
- - Silver Member: Total purchase amount of at least JPY 150,000 (excluding tax)
- - Gold Member: Total purchase amount of at least JPY 500,000 (excluding tax)
- 5.Benefits of Each Rank
- There are benefits corresponding to each rank.
- Bronze Member: 3% OFF on international shipping
- Silver Member: 5% OFF on international shipping
- Gold Member: 8% OFF on international shipping, 1% BEX points cashback on purchase amount, invitations to events and campaigns
- 6.Fluctuations in Rank
- Membership ranks may change due to fluctuations in the total amount over the past year.

- - The amounts considered for determination are based on prices excluding tax.
- - Shipping fees and handling charges are not included in the total amount.
- - The amount will be reflected once the product shipment is confirmed as completed.

After registering as a new member, you will start as a Regular Member.
When your purchase amount reaches JPY 50,000, you will rank up to Bronze Member starting the following month.
For example:
By July 31, 2025: Achieved JPY 50,000!
By September 30, 2025: Achieved JPY 150,000!
By December 31, 2025: Achieved JPY 500,000!
