At BEX Market, we are currently running a campaign where you can earn points simply by completing your profile details, such as "Name," "Date of Birth," and "Address" on your My Account. This information allows us to provide you with personalized benefits, including birthday coupons and region-specific promotions.
To claim your points:
After updating your information on My Page, please contact our Chatbot or Customer Service with the message "Profile updated." Once our Membership Management Team verifies your update, 500 BEX Points will be added to your account.

Campaign Information
◾️ Campaign Details:
Eligibility: New and existing BEX Market members.
Campaign Period: March 30, 2026, 00:00 - June 30, 2026, 23:59(JST).
◾️ Point Eligibility:
New Members: Must complete account registration, verify email address, set up My Account, complete the profile, and then contact Customer Support all within the campaign period.
Existing Members: Must complete the profile on My Account and then contact Customer Support within the campaign period.
◾️ Point Terms of Use:
Point can be used for all services within BEX Market.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferered to a third party.
Additional Notes
Existing members who updated their profile or contacted Customer Service outside of the campaign period are not eligible.
If points are obtained through fraudulent means, such as creating multiple accounts or providing false information, we reserve the right to invalidate the points or suspend the account.
Points will be issued only once per user; multiple claims are not permitted.
