[Notice] BEX Market Support During Japan’s Silver Week Holiday(Sept 19-23)

We would like to share our customer support and shipping schedule for the upcoming Silver Week national holidays in Japan.
■ Holiday Period
Saturday, September 19 – Wednesday, September 23, 2026 (JST)
During this period, our services will operate on a limited support. Inquiries received during the holiday will be addressed as soon as we returen.
■ Pre-Holiday Shipping Deadlines
To have your items shipped before the holiday, please submit your requests by Friday.Please make sure to complete your requests by Friday, September 18 (JST):
・Package Consolidation: by 12:00 PM
・International Shipping: by 3:00 PM
Anything requested after these times will be handled as quickly as possible starting Thursday, September 24.
