Effective **Wednesday, July 8, 2026**, electronic filing (eFiling) with the **U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC)** will become mandatory for certain consumer products shipped to the United States via FedEx. ## Before Shipping If you are shipping products to the United States via FedEx, please confirm **before submitting your shipping request** whether your products are subject to the CPSC eFiling requirements.
