1. Photo & Video Services
This service allows you to request photos or videos of your items once they arrive at our warehouse. It is a great way to verify the condition of your goods before international shipping.
• Customization: You can combine this with our "Item Removal Service" to have your package opened before filming or photography.
• Coverage: Photos are taken from all angles (360-degree view) to show the entire item. If you have specific requests, please provide details in the "Notes" section.

2. Item Removal Service
Use this service if you need to remove and dispose of specific parts or items from a package that has arrived at our warehouse.
・Instructions: Please specify exactly which items or parts you would like removed and discarded in the "Notes" section.

3. Disposal Service
This service is for customers who wish to dispose of some or all of the items within a package stored at our warehouse.

Usage Examples
"I want to check the trading cards in the album."
After the products have arrived, please apply for the options "Photo Shooting" and "Content Removal" on My Page > Order List > Arrived at the warehouse.Please add the number of photos you wish to confirm when applying for photo shooting.Write the details of your photo shooting requests in the remarks section.Example: I want to see close-up photos of the front and corners of the trading cards, as well as a photo of the back.

Notes
Options will be processed in the order they are applied for. Please be aware that it may take several business days to complete the procedures for the options. Thank you for your understanding in advance.Once the product is opened, it cannot be returned.If you would like to retake the photos, you will need to apply for the "Photo Shooting" option again. To avoid any mistakes in shooting or misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to provide detailed requests in the remarks section.
